The term customer service in redefined here, Kristi and Tiffany, and really anyone who picks up the phone there are just fantastic! Any questions answered, email response's super fast this is really reassuring when making a large online purchase site unseen!
Purchased .25 oval eternity ring for my wife. Returned it and upgraded to a .33 with no issue's. And yes wife loved it! Receives complements all the time. Would absolutely recommend if your sitting on the fence about a online purchase of high quality Diamonds. Frank NY

My experience with HauteCarat has been nothing but positive. I was able to chat with Kristi on numerous occasions to figure out what I liked. Every conversation was super pleasant. She even sent me a ring sizer. After I got the ring, the customer service continues to be great. I had a few requests with regards to payment and appraisal and Kristi was always so helpful. I chose 0.25ct, basket setting oval cut eternity band and I can’t be happier. I would definitely recommend this company to my family and friends.

The oval eternity band is STUNNING!! I went with the .33 ct per stone option after having a super in-depth consultation with Kristi! She was very knowledgeable and helpful, trying on various rings to show me virtually and even locating an engagement ring similar to mine to show me what they would look like together. She was in constant communication throughout the buying process and even after the fact. When I buy again, I will definitely be using Haute Carat for my future purchases!

This ring is absolutely gorgeous. I was concerned about it being too bulky on finger, Kristi was really helpful, she helped me choose the right carat weight to ensure it would looks dainty on my finger.

Ordered online and had so many questions for Kristi, whom is very knowledgeable! The ring is gorgeous, just what I wanted for my wedding band (which I will get to wear all the time after November 7th, 2021!) It was boxed beautifully and came with an official appraisal report. The ring is currently tucked away in the ring box that will be used for the wedding next month. ♥

Absolutely in love with my ring!!! It sparkles so beautifully and the craftsmanship is top notch. It’s even better than the pictures and videos. My husband gifted me this ring for our wedding anniversary after some strong hints from me. I messaged Kristi months ago inquiring about the ring and she was nothing but pleasant and helpful with answering all of my questions. The customer service I received from Kristi made it much easier to feel reassured with getting jewelry online.
The ring arrived much sooner than anticipated and came beautifully packaged with a sweet note, and a certificate for the ring. I have nothing but great things to say about this whole experience.
