At HauteCarat, we have an unmatched return policy that gives you 100 days to exchange or receive a refund for any reason!
We gladly provide exchanges for items that arrived defective or damaged through manufacturing or shipping. Should you require an exchange for the same item, kindly contact us via email at concierge@HauteCarat.com. Please include your name, address and original order number. Upon receiving your email, we will promptly respond and provide you with a return label and additional instructions including next steps.
Unworn jewelry is eligible to be returned. In order to qualify for a return, the item must have been purchased on sale or at full price, be in its original packaging, unused and in the exact same condition as when you received it.
All custom pieces and special orders are final sale. If you have a question as to what defines a custom piece or special order, or if you are not happy with your custom order, please email concierge@HauteCarat.com and we will work with you so that you are fully satisfied with your HauteCarat purchase.
Please note your return will go through HauteCarat’s quality control department upon arrival to inspect the condition of the jewelry. We cannot accept jewelry that has been worn, used, altered or damaged in anyway. HauteCarat reserves the right to reject a return if the item appears altered or shows signs of wear in any way.

Upon receiving your email, we will promptly respond and provide you with a return label via email, which you can use to ship the jewelry back to us and additional instructions including next steps.
REFUNDS (where applicable)
Upon receiving your returned item, we will promptly send you an email confirming receipt of your item and will update you on the status of your return post quality control inspection.
If your refund is approved, the reimbursement process will be initiated without delay. The credit will be automatically applied to the original method of payment or the credit card used for the purchase, and the reimbursement will be processed within fourteen business days. Full priced items will receive a full refund, sale items will incur a 15% restocking fee.
