To request an exchange, please email concierge@hautecarat.com with your name, address, and original order number. We’ll send you a return label and instructions for sending your HC design back, along with details for your new item.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

For returns, email us at concierge@hautecarat.com with your order details. Once your HC design is received and passes quality inspection, we’ll confirm by email. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receipt.

EXCLUSIONS

Custom pieces, engraved items, and sale merchandise are final sale and not eligible for return.
